FAQ
No. Every integration is a guided connect flow — sign in with the service and pick what to sync. No API keys to copy, no webhooks to configure.
Yes. HubPlus uses Stripe Connect, so payouts from memberships, tickets, and merch go directly into your Stripe account — not ours.
When you connect Eventbrite, we backfill the last 12 months of events and attendees. Luma syncs future events and guests as they come in.
No. The point is the opposite — keep the culture in Slack and run the operating layer (events, memberships, archive, analytics) from your Hub.
You need a Zoom account with meeting-hosting permissions. HubPlus connects via OAuth, so any workspace that can host meetings (Pro and above, or a Business/Enterprise seat) will work. Free accounts can host short meetings but hit Zoom's own duration limits.
All three are supported and you can connect more than one. Kit is best if you're running a creator-style newsletter and want tags, purchases and subscriber events in HubPlus. Brevo suits teams that want lists, transactional templates and campaign sends in one tool. MailerLite is a great fit if you already run drag-and-drop campaigns to groups and want opens, clicks and unsubscribes flowing back into member profiles.
Soon, and we'll email you when each one ships. We don't commit to dates we can't honour.
